My goal is to become a future business leader who takes my family’s textile and garment business to new heights. Everything I am doing today, from my studies to my travels, is preparing me for that role.

A future business leader's vision for a modern textile store

Honoring a Family Legacy

Family businesses are built on trust, hard work, and relationships with customers that last for generations. I want to protect those values while helping the business grow in a changing world.

Bringing Modern Marketing to a Traditional Business

The textile and garment industry is changing fast. Customers now discover brands online, compare prices on their phones, and expect a great experience both in-store and digitally. Through my focus on sales and marketing at VCU, I am learning how to use digital marketing, customer research, and branding to help a traditional business reach new audiences. I hope to introduce ideas like a stronger online presence, social media marketing, and a better in-store experience.

What Makes a Future Business Leader

To me, a future business leader is someone who listens to customers, leads a team with respect, and is never afraid to learn. My travels have shown me how businesses around the world attract and serve people, and my modeling experience has given me an eye for style and presentation. Playing cricket and football has taught me teamwork and how to perform under pressure, while the gym has built the discipline I need to stay consistent. I plan to bring all of these lessons home.

My Promise to Myself

I want to keep learning, keep exploring, and keep growing. Whether I am in a classroom in Richmond or a market on the other side of the world, I am always gathering ideas for the future. My vision is simple: to build a business that respects its roots while confidently moving forward.
